The Swedish Code of Corporate Governance applies to Swedish limited companies whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, which are NASDAQ Stockholm and NGM Equity.

Sustainable Energy Solutions is thus not formally covered by the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
