Hans Andréasson, Acting Chairman of the board

Mr Andréasson holds a degree in business law from Stockholm University and is a lawyer with the renowned firm Mannheimer Swartling where he is a partner. He specialises in investments and acquisitions and has been instrumental in building the law firm's special group for energy and natural resources.

Apart from being the chairman of SENS, Mr Andréasson is also the chairman of the board for Elin Holding AB and ETFAB, and member of the board in several companies, including Nordic Mines AB, Rolling Optics AB, Key People Group AB and Accent of Scandinavia.

Mats Edlund

Mats Edlund

Mr Edlund is the founder of Key People Group, TNG, ToFindOut, Invici and SignPost. Mats Edlund was previously CEO and Group CEO of Poolia and Prenax Global AB as well as chairman of the Swedish Organisation of Staffing Companies.

Mr Elfström holds a M.Sc in technical engineering with focus on cooling technology. He has extensive experience from the financial sector, especially in mergers and acquisitions in the energy business. During a ten year period at his consultancy firm Inter Nos AB, Mr Elfström was deeply involved in the restructuring and sales of Stockholm Gas. Previous positions include Senior Manager at SEK (Swedish Export Credit Corp), consultant at Ernst & Young and Sydkraft Consult.

Mr Elfström was the CEO of SEEC before the merger that created SENS and previous board memberships include Stockholm GAS, Källby Rör and the Advisory Board of JRS Asset Management. Today, Albert Elfström is a member of the board in ETFAB and several private investment companies.

Bengt Uusitalo, CCO and member of the board

Bengt Uusitalo, CCO and member of the board

Mr Uusitalo has held executive positions in consultancies, real estate and energy companies. He has valuable experience of business and operations development in the energy sector. Before SENS, Bengt Uusitalo was head of sales at Stockholm Energi AB, head of business development and sales for heating, cooling and gas at Birka Värme AB.

He is one of the founders of Capital Cooling where he worked as senior business advisor as well as head of the Nordic heating and cooling market.
