Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB ("SENS" or "the Company") announces today that the Company has entered into a lease agreement with a landowner in Grästorp. The agreement enables the construction of a battery storage facility with a planned capacity of 40 MW.

SENS announces today that the Company has entered into a new lease agreement for the establishment of a battery storage facility in Grästorp. The facility is planned to have a capacity of 40 MW. This agreement is part of SENS's strategic effort to expand its portfolio of energy projects focusing on renewable energy.
The lease agreement is the result of a carefully conducted process, in line with SENS's overall strategy. This strategy includes the identification of land areas that are well suited for the establishment of solar and battery parks, with a particular focus on locations near the Swedish power grid's cables. This approach ensures that SENS's projects can be efficiently integrated with the national energy infrastructure.
SENS's ambition is to contribute through its projects to the development of sustainable energy solutions and a robust energy infrastructure for the future. The new lease agreement in Grästorp is an important part of SENS's continued efforts to realize its vision of a sustainable energy future. SENS is now starting the process of applying for the necessary permits for the project and aims to begin construction within 10-12 months.
